Linda Frances Trott
Linda Frances Trott Born in England, she has lived in France since 1968.She started her Paris life as a Tour Guide before settling in Montmartre in the 70's and living exclusively from her painting.

Painting
For many years she belonged to the group of "Primitive Modernes". Her very personal style has developed to a more figurative, very detailed representation. "Her carefully detailed paintings convey a sense of serenity, a touch of nostalgia, and joyful imagination , full of gentle humour and refreshing gaiety".

Exhibitions
Since 1980, Linda has participated in near to 50 exhibitions in galleries and Salons around the world, USA, Japan, Australia, Canada, England and of course France. She has also been a regular participant in the major Paris shows: Salon International d'Art Naif, Salon d'Automne, Salon des Independants, and the annual Festival International d'Art Naif de Verneuil sur Avre.
She is mentioned in the BENEZIT (1999) and her work is represented in the book "Art in Australia, Canada and Europe" by V. CARAPIC.Her paintings are also part of public
collections, notably the Musee D'Art Naif at Beraut (Gers) and
the Mairie of Croissy near Paris
