Kam-Wah Yann
Kam-Wah Yann A painter specializing in water colours, Yann was born the 23 June 1950 in Hong Kong, now part of China.
He studied art at the Linghai Art School of Hong Kong where he obtained his diploma in 1975
Since 1983 he has painted regularly in the Carré aux Artistes at the Place de Tertre doing selected commission work.
Since 1993, he has regularly collaborated with the Japanese company - Pokka Create Ltd "Cafe des Crie" doing water colours on different themes and has exhibited in the cafe-galleries of this company all over Japan's cities including Tokyo, Nagaya, Osaka.

Painting
One is fascinated by the work of Yann, his mastery of watercolour, a technique so close to traditional Chinese painting which he exploits wonderfully, with all the qualities of transparence, luminosity and spontaneity.

1997 - Visited Japan at the invitation of the Pokka Company and exhibited his works in Tokyo and Nagoya.
1998 - Personal exhibition at the Galerie Paris Montmartre
at Carroz d'Arraches in the French Alpes.
